- Strong analytical approach with the ability to identify and prioritize key levers for change and business development
- Significant experience from distressed situations
- Action oriented, energetic and pragmatic with ability to execute and make things happen, also under pressure

- Industry experience primarily from consumer products and retail but also from media, pulp & paper and logistics
